v1.9 Added Spike Strip. Added Light animations to 3 road decorations.
v2.0 Added No Parking Sign, Traffic Camera, Road Closed Sign, Diamond Markings, Traffic Pole, Traffic Barrel, Curve Signs and Guard Rail. Added new animations to Yellow Lights and Spike Strip. Added alternate directions to all previous small signs. Changed Green Mother's Society's graphic. Changed some descriptions.

v2.4 Edited visual of Height Limit Sign and all highway signs.Increased frame indices from 16 to 64 to make road decorations face correct direction according to road direction upon built.
v2.5 Removed Cushion Tank System, Hitch Hiker, No Entry Sign. Added Guardrail with Glare Screen/Plate, Guardrail Terminal/Turned-down Ends, Guardrail with Curve Signs. Added Crosswalk Sign, 1 Road Signs, 2 Big Road Signs, 1 Big Highway Sign. Seperated all highway sign variants. Changed sign graphics: Traffic Pole, Traffic Barrel, Wild Animal, All Small Signs.
v2.6 Added Modulable Big Road Signs.
v2.7 Added slope support on all fences except Guardraill Ends.
v2.7.1 Added back No Entry Sign with some improvements.

How to add lights to road decorations？

Adding light animation to road deco is not very different to building light animation. all you need to do is add more animations as light and add them to corresponding animation indices.
