How to make a map with a moon seed?

I remember those days when moon seed was popular and we were able to make maps with moon seeds, what happened and why we can't make it now, and how to to make it if possible?

To make a moon seed, you need to get the launch station in the agency menu then bring it some industries and finish the tests in the launch station until you reach exploration mission you can launch the rocket in the launch station to go to the moon.I dont know how to make a moon seed because i am new in 2025

This way is for solo gameplay, I want to make a moon seed map for an online region.

I think it's probably impossible as long as the developers don't include it in the region generator. I do think that a moon decal plugin might help you. Generate a regular map, replace grass with that moon decal. Problem is, I'm unaware of any moon decal plugins...
