Buildings without water are abandoned.
When I forget to water a building. In the statistics of that building, the population appears to be 0, but when I give water to that building, it suddenly returns to its previous population. This problem used to bother me a lot. If you go to my profile and look at my "why doesn't it work" and "water problem" topics, you can see that it's causing me some trouble.
