Please suggest improvements on my still under construction city. I like to separate different architectures into different districts but i am unable to fill the gaps between these districts

Well basically I need suggestions on what to fill between skyscraper area and school district. I mean which architecture:japan,european,modern,office,market etc. As you all can see the tourist complex is quite nearby too while european styled old city in west so i need a plan which can conviently blend into these regions but can't find any...
