[Fixed]Annoying random tollgates

This bug is very annoying. Its almost impossible to build a big military base without seeing these random tollgates.

Because you can't place military decoration in a military zone anymore,


You will be forced to dezone the military zone so you can place military deco in it. But these random tollgates appear.


Then after dezoning the military tiles in the road to prevent these tollgates, they just move.


As a result, these tollgates are unpreventable

It works. But you need to remove all military zones in road tiles, which is very annoying in big military bases. Hope its fixed in next update.

You should be able to rezone the whole area military again.

And when you rezone, they spawn back.

So the only bug here is that you cannot build decorations in military zone. Therefore fixed in the next update 8)
