You can say so
Half of Ukrainians live in huge apartment blocks, our country is one of the most urbanized in the world. But there's also big amount of people who live in regular houses, but they're​ only in small towns, villages and suburbs
And such situation is not only in Ukraine, in other post-soviet counties it's the same.

I like to live in a single house, i hate apartments.
