Building packages and additional contents not showing up?

Can someone help me because whenever i go to additional features in the menu tab, it only shows the 'building package 1' theres no other building packages or airports or military building packs. Please help [/i][/b]

Actually, you should have military package as option even if you're not a beta tester

Sorry sir but i still don't have it. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still wont work.

Btw how do you join beta testing?
