There were fishing huts and I have to destroy them manually.
just place commercial in nearby shore they cam automatic to build

It's hard to say but, my theoritical solution is to place parks on the waterside, also acts like a pedestrian walkside like New York

I hate fishing huts since they DESTROYED my train tracks and WIRES

So easy just add more land near the fishing hut (after destroying it) so they dont rebuilt it.
