Look at the first screenshot you made! The colors are not correct. They use a 32 bit system, and make cities look uglier. I had the same problem too andd fixed it by reseting the graphics settings (Thank you Lobby!). I see this with more people.

His phone may not run well with more colors. Maybe he will use grayscale nezt time

Maybe it crashed during start up due to a plugin error that could not be catched. This also would lead to the lower color depth of 16 bit. There's a setting for it in experimental features. May need a restart though.

I also see my colors slowly gowing to a 16bit system. First it was good and you saw the details and now its like its slowly going away. I don't know what the cause is.
