Yes, Chinese Have Grammar too,but I can't explain to you but I can tell you about it sentence format is SVO , is same like English but word or vocabulary meaning are mainly different.For the example,
我在喝水。=I'm Drinking Water but really you can see if you translate without English Grammar that will be like this,I drink water.So you see the difference between the two language.
