Sedile: Intan

Hello everyone!

This would be my 3rd city that will be proposed to be in TheoTown, so I'm really excited to do it!

Intan is a planned, modern, and beautiful city and also will be the 4th city to be international (alongside with Sedile, Serena Heights, and Matisonville). Now the name "Intan" is definitely came from two ways, which is 1. Intan means a kind of diamond, and 2. it's a name from my close friend, which is also my classmate.

So the project will consists of planned road connection, neatly arranged railways, two-runway international airport, a harbour, and will house more creative and innovative places.

The project will start soon, and I hope this will be as successful as my previous cities. Hopefully XD....

I like the lake, the canals and the islands.

SPOILERS
1. The lake is created as a water resevoir to supply to the city
As you can see the dam at the root of the lake
2. The canals, which is why I suggested about small boats
3. There'll be more islands, maybe 4 in total... 2 nearby the mainland, and the other 2 somewhere towards the ocean

Hello, everyone!

I'm back with the first progress in building the city. So this progress will be:

The dam and the lake
This is the first creation to be built in Intan, and it'll supply power and water to the city (I'll try to fit the suitable power plant)


The university (well, almost completed)
This one's for you, Matison. A nice, arranged campuses (maybe I'll rearrange it). The 2nd to be built in TheoTown and is the largest (so far).


And finally...
The airport (sorry, but the harbour is too shy to appeal herself)
For now, the airport is also STILL under construction, and only serves for 1 runway. And might be the 4th largest airport in TheoTown (that's the goal)

P.S. Still using the EMILIA building, cause it fits so well...

Okay guys, I sucked at waiting. To be honest, I just can't wait so I finished the city real quick. Anyways, I'll be posting screenshots soon.

First of all...

The Main Area (which is the city, of course)
This is the core to Intan, and surprisingly, less to NO traffic were stuck in any roads.


The harbour you've been waiting for
I've said it, now the harbour is ready to be featured...


The Eco-Industrial Park
This would be the largest Green Zone for Industries ever made in TheoTown, with no pollutions at all!


Intan uses energy mostly on air
Actually, I made few Gas power plants as an alternate and reserves... With oil collectors (something like that) and refinery



The fully completed Nurul Intan International Airport
I did the airport based on Senai International Airport, which is located few kilometers away from my home, but now I added the 2nd runway

Just as I said, I sucked at waiting and just can't wait. In this game, I don't have patience to delay anything

And TBH, the reason why I made this city and the name is as a gift for my friend (I mentioned the very above) for a 5-year friendship, which she helped me and I helped her along

The later screenshots were got delayed because most of them were sabotaged by my brother who is 10. So it toom sime time to check whether some of them were posted and re-screenshot

Anyways, hopefully I managed to post all of them...

The rearranged University of Intan
With the campuses renovated, the U-Intan will be the largest university ever built (so far) in TheoTown (Don't mind those commercial buildings, I tried to make a nice small shops on the zone)


Intan Country Club
Inspired by Royal Coast golf course by Matison, but a bit smaller and has 8 holes, with lakes and sandtraps


INTAN RJM Sports City
Has 4 football training fields, open for public and private, and the Nurul Intan National Stadium. The country club may be somewhat moved to here, and will be planning for a racecourse and tennis complex.

Interestingly, the Sports City are funded and sponsored by RJM Group from Sedile


The Commercial District
This is where Duty Free commercials and shops come into place, and contains night market too!


Intan Cultural District
This is where cultural and traditional goods and stuffs.The district places the Mosque of Nurul Intan and the Museum of Nurul Intan. And protected by Intan Heritage and Culture Foundation

Guess what?
Meanwhile the capital of Sedile is in the progress of mega transformation, I've decided to look after this city aswell. Featuring brand new things such as regional areas, more new buildings etc. The project will start somewhere in Summer, so I have more time in planning and redesigning
