[done] Add Farm Land

Hi Theotown Crew,

I just thought that how do people in your town/city eat without farms? I guess this means that I want there to be farms in the game so that you have another source of income. Also if/when you do add farms give the player and option about what he/she wants to farm in their farm. The kinds of crops the player should plant are wheat, potatoes, rice, etc.
