You have to add the text "override":true to the concerned plugins. Unfortunately former member isn't here anymore to update his plugins, but maybe there's already a newer version of them available. These changes aren't especially new to the newest public release so it might be possible.

Some of them probably got updates. The change was useful to detect potential mistakes in plugins.

Your cities are fine. You just can't access them with faulty plug-ins. If this happens in the future just delete the broken plug-ins and your cities should be fine.

ive had this problem, only way to fix was finding an old save without the broken plug-in and Kachow! should be fine
