Hot air balloons

Hello everyone,

In today's suggestion, I'll be talking about adding hot air balloons into the game. Here's how it works:

It's a type of tourism place, and habs can ride it and cruise around the city. Works as free time area too (maybe even sports)

I like you idea but hot air balloon is not a sport type because they.......UH forget it, balloon for tourist is okay
