Planning Zones

Is it possible to add white zones (or other color) that don't do anything so we can plan out our placement of zones and get our road configurations setup bevor placing RCI so we don't have to cut into an RCI zone to modify our roads, plus it'd help to plan ahead. I'd make it a plug-in if I knew if it's possible or how to make a zone via plugins.

Agreed, I'd also like to have the size of the buildings listed in the build menu, so we can plan ahead for the bigger buildings as well

There is CommanderABab's color tiles plugin, which basically does what you are suggesting. I don't know, however, if you can draw these tiles out like zones or if you would have to place them one by one.
