Yup, this right here is the flea market I modelled after khadafi's sample market provided above. Simply put, the graphics are a bit crude but if you love small scale markets you should maybe test this out. The power and water are set to zero for experimental reasons (you can just edit it out of the .json file though. As to fulfill khadafi's wish, I have set the number of workers to 5. And also credit him as co-author in .json file.
My flea market modelled after khadafi's one, so I want to credit khadafi for providing the sample art for creating my small flea market. Also the market texture is a bit crude but I made the .json file for the market to function. More markets to come soon.

Not bad! This has some potential.
A small market for town squares is certainly needed.
Maybe you could make a version without a ground texture (use "draw ground":true) so that we can use them in connection with Josh's decals?
I also noticed that the shadows are not correct. In Theotown, shadows are cast directly to the right (people are three pixel tall and have three pixels of shadow).

Thank you @mdk_813 and @Josh for compliments and criticism. Feel free to use the plugins for any purpose.

Fixed shadows and added draw ground:true in .json
Alright, good job, the shadows are correct now. They could be a bit darker perhaps (use a black with opacity set to 15-25%).
I noticed two other things: Adding "draw ground" to the json only makes sense when your tile does not have a ground texture itself (so the ingame ground is drawn instead). But your tiles still have the ground texture. If you want people to have the opportunity to choose textures for themselves, then you would have to erase your ground texture.
Also your texture does not stay within the limits of a tile, it extends right to the bottom of the image. This is unnecessary because the game does not draw the image parts that are in front of a tile. Only the parts extending in the back will be visible. I recommend you always use one of the tile-templates from the tutorial section when starting to make a new plugin: http://www.theotown.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=3207
