I can't be sure of this since, I've hastily placed some buildings here and there so that vehicles would show up.

Alternatively, here's the path the interchange takes.
Orange: Bottom Level
Light Blue: Top Level
*Arrows represent flow of traffic.

Is this at the border crossing between drive on left and drive on right countries?

Unfortunately, no. Even though it would be easy to do.

This is just a pair of offramps. The main passageway twist around each other to make room. It's all left side driving.

It'd make my interchanges more compact.
