Nah, that's not a Swastika yet.

A full Swastika must be a cross with tails at each end, whether left or right

You have to move the image down after resizing the canvas. It's in the edit menu.
Usually takes a few tries to get it exact.

Only very very poor people live here because the industrial area is so close
I will build a «private» lake for the people of this area to bath in because they don't want to go in the river water
