With this plugin, you can place demonstrations wherever you want, for example, near your town hall or city hall.
It's useful if you want a realistic "realistic" city hall. Because, come on, a city hall isn't a city hall without demonstrations.

You cannot extract or winrar .plugins dumdum, they do not work that way. Just effing put em in the Theotown/plugins folder directory, is it that hard? Or uninstal winrar ffs
