Gas Tanker

You guys can use this Gas Tanker. I made one since I don't see one.

I used the car style from the default gas filling industry, but, there is no .json file. You guys can create one.

@former member , Thank you for creating a .json. I just had another idea for that plugin in my mind that's why I gave you guys freedom to create it's own code. If that tanker spawns from the industrial Gas filler then that is the normal path for it.

I'm gonna make a car spawner and that will be useful to have as I can use it as a template.
