a would be trillion(12 zeroes), b would be quadrillion(15), c would be quintillion(18), d(21), e(24), f(27), g(30), h(33), #(anything above 36 zeroes)

In Toiiol, I found one depot just needs b and one needs f to unlock. The rest are #.

I think we should just be able to buy busses like we can buy planes. That would give us an option of what size or color of bus we want.

Making a bus route can show you deficiencies in your road system, such as one way roads that have an error in them.
