Best workaround I can think of is using single avenue pieces to stand in as corner pieces.

Now u must deactivate the auto-join and activate the one lane option while building the road, next do this:

Can you make it so we can change the colors of the bridge rails? I'm not liking the yellow. Or at least make the rails yellow on the inside and white on the outside.
