Game differenciating no more plugin space with normal plugin problems

The plugin problems section is getting full of people who post the problem of the plugin texture space problem. When finding that error, the game should say something like:

Oops! You have too much plugins. Try deleting some of them (preferably the big ones)

instead of the normal plugin error
