You should apply by PM to the developers in that case. I found that you may apply in the User Control Panel.

I think Lobby should just set the minimum and maximum number for monthly income if someone decides to code them in .json
Maybe from a number from minimum 0 to maximum 10000. This will prevent cheating. Also maybe limit the monthly incomes to categories such as parks or awards.
Just my suggestion.
