A plug-in that makes your roads degrade over time of you don't pay for services to repair them would be really cool. Basically use road decorations and fun to add cracks and potholes to roads that are used waaaay to much that will slow cars down.

How about billboards and banners as road decorations.
Billboards would basically be the same as the sound barrier and glass wall road decorations, but have colorful ads on it ( these could also be the same in game ads used in
@MONTEMARINO Chinatown plugin.
Also banners could hang between something like streetlight ( or any tall thin road deco thing).
Just some suggestions.

Actually, i prefer the highway signs to be a "bus stop". So it can be place on top of other decos

Hi people of theotown, ive been playing for a frw years now and im astounded noone has made The burj khalifa yet, what in the blue f*#¥k is with that?, would absolute love it if someone made a plug in for it, would make my City of Jevias CBD perfect then. Would even make a big square right smack bang in the centre
