In-Game Time, Rush Hour System and Longer Day/Night Cycle

Hello I am new to Theotown and i see many potenial in this game. This is a breath of fresh air for the mobile city building genre.
I have a suggestion:
I remember in Simcity 4 I was a big fan of Rush Hour expansion pack and I love how people go commute at morning to their work and vice versa at evening, less traffic on weekeds, etc.. Since there is already day and night cycle, why not implementing the same idea to theotown? Put an in game clock and watch the realistic traffic flow to the city. It would add alot of challenge and visuals.
