seed and large region

Hello! In the region size 32 (Y32X32) broken joints between regmons size 16.
what seeds need to be specified for 4 regions of size 16 so that they can be combined in a region of size 32?
the problem is that you cannot create a regmon larger than 16 through the console.
how the seed works, how to connect regions of size 16 so that they look like one seed? in regions over size 16 (32 44)
