Makes the in-game water a bit darker. Maybe it could be useful for making your oceans look deeper or something.

poxa cara, não tem plugin de água azul claro não? tem tantas ideias boas para plugins no theotown mas o povo não se manifesta, eu queria embelezar mais o jogo com os plugins mas esta dificil.
