Suggestion : tourism

I have an idea to add some features in theotown.
tourism
1. tourists
Tourists can come to the city from all over the region ( if it is connected by road network ) and airplanes.
2.zones
A new zone dedicated to tourists are zoned. ( For the tourist attractions, existing commercial sprites will do. )
3.Income adjustments
Tourism is another source of income ( cannot be adjusted ). To compensate for extra financial gains, income from airports will be reduced.
