ERROR! Cant't load online map!!

Hi this is my first comment so i'm a bit nervous about that:
I cant load most of online region in the list(included favourite & personals).
Instead i got an error:

I'm playing this game every day but this error pop up randomly only in this right moment and i dont even know why...

Now it says i need to update the game so now i cant
even join online regions...
I checked google play for evemtually theotown's updates but i found nothing.
