Zoneable residential & construction decorations

I resubmit here two simple plugins created a long time ago. These allow you to decorate residential zones and construction sites faster, they use in-game textures of these decorations however they work like trees which means you can zone them.
I don't really remember if anyone had found these useful before, but I know I had
If there exists a newer version made by someone else let me know, I'll remove this.
Also, they're updated so that they appear in the decoration category instead of trees.
I might make ones for other decoration types, but I'm pretty rusty in plugin making...
