I was rejected twice!

Hello! I wanted to write some wikis on the forum and tried to join the group of wiki editors. I was rejected twice . Even if I'm not officially part of that group can I write the wikis I wanted to write please? :

Strange that I can't join the group. In the user group section in the wiki group description it says that users CAN request to enter
