A proposal to counterweight against junk-quality plugins

It's not really a long post.
Shouldn't we create tags for certain trusted creators in the community for the Plugins store? It works like Youtube, where certified creators would be granted special tags indicating their positions.
Trusted members within the plugin-making community should be selected by a panel of certified plugin creators to attain a list of certified creators that could be given special tags for their creations in the plugins store. There we can specify their unique status and promote users to create better plugins...or let these certified creators control the selection process.
