My game crash when building a tollbooth.

I have a TheoTown, My sister and I play it. When my sister playing, she want to put a tollbooths in her town. But when she zoom out and want to put the tollbooths, the game send a message in the screen with major screen bug. Last month I have this problem with old UI plugin by NotPFA in forum. But it was fixed after I refresh my game. But now it doesn't. It wont fixed even I restart and clean game cache daily, and now, I can't play TheoTown again . Someone can help me? I play at Android. Maybe image would help alot.

It's now went look like this, well I just delete the error text file in TheoTown files.
