Campervans

Let's pack our stuff and go on a trip across the country with this plugin, adds a spawner found in the decorations category that spawns campervans.
There are two campervans that can be spawned:
A new and generic campervan and an older looking but still generic campervan for variety.

Added shading and a new spawner texture.

I am currently working on another plugin, but i will fix it sometime. If my game didn't crash everytime i try to save.
