Can you help me with animating my plugin?

I have been trying to create a small, animated plugin just for fun, while using the Plugin Creator.
Can you animate your plugin with the Plugin Creator? If not, can someone please describe how do I make my plugin without it?
And how do I make it animated in-game? (I have the animation ready).
