In game suburban Rd no bus stop 🛑

In settings under plugin I clicked on show suburban Rd. It works, but since latest update I no longer able to place a bus stop/ like before on sidewalk you could put a bus stop on it. But not allowing a bus stop on a Rd sux, any help would great ty for your time and any help would be great.
