Is anyone having any issues where a building will be complete but when you click it it says 0 days til completion and the building supports don't go away? (I'll upload photo when I get better reception on mobile)

Not that I know of, but maybe there is some requirement not met yet again. Sometimes you can start a building because you have the population required and you try to place another one and can't because your population dropped in the meantime. Is this a possibility anyone?

I do get this situation too, though it's a bit rare and stuff. But sometimes, it went normal

Turns out I needed to restart my phone.....that fixed it. ^.^

I started 3 new cities I'm the region last night and all 3 had this issues, the whole town was at 100% but not finishing, no power or water. Had to closed the game and re open all 3 times to fix it

May be a RAM problem. Check how much RAM do you have. (settings>applications)

isn't it settings>application>running?
Or is it just me

I used CM Cleaner, so it shows including the RAM storage

CM is the worst cleaner, it justs eats RAM and slows down your device.

Meh, it's fine at my device
