NOTE!!! I do not own this plugin, I have explicit permission from @Walmart employee to upload this plugin.

This is Walmart employee's small residentials, It consists of 3 2x2 Medium Residential buildings.

He told me to upload this to the forum since he left theotown due to him being involved in a car accident prior and he has no plans of returning back to the community.
