Theotown x anime doesn't work on the steam version for me

the plugin is active, with no errors displayed, but the icons are still the same, i tried deactivating/activating the plugin, deactivating other plugins, restarting the game, reinstalling the game, but no, how do i fix this?

Well it works quite well, so I recommend you just uninstall the plugin (not the game) and try again, or in any case share a screenshot with the plugin error and what version of the game you have.
