Unlock all option

I recently got into playing TheoTown, and I love how familiar it feels to other city builders I love (SimCity 2k, 3k and 4) but there's one thing that has been bugging me about the game ever since I began playing it...

I'm not the biggest fan of the "city rank" thing, having to develop your city to unlock more things as you go while making lots of sense feels like it slows the game down for me, specially to how the city points mechanic isn't really clear on how you actually acquire them; the game has lots of buildings and mechanics I wanna experiment and play around without having to go through the slow progress of unlocking different city ranks as I go.
And yes, I know some people will say that there's the sandbox mode; while I love the sandbox, it would still be nice to have the freedom of having access to all of the game's resources and buildings from the start of a new non-sandbox city.
Having an option to unlock all the buildings and features, similar to sandbox mode but without the infinite money, or to disable the city rank system would be a great option for people who don't want to go through the process of unlocking it all.

I know that other people might've also suggested this already.
