But, I hate to say it, you still missed some pixels. Those below the building are no problem, because they are cut off by the game anyways, but the pixels left, right or above the building will show in the game.
I know, it is sometimes hard to see transparent pixels against the checkered background in PS. It usually helps to put it all on a single color background. I hope you don't mind me showing you. Look at the image at the closest zoom stage and you'll see. I enhanced it a bit for demonstration:
