About translation. Again

I request(propose) about apply my translation at GitHub.

It isn't applied. So, I wait.

But, 4 days later, Base xml had update.
Translation seems like 'rejected'.

I think 'maybe developer is too busy.' So, request again.
Nothing happend.

What is problem?
