All you need Is One type of Energy and water supply,And don't forget to build road first.Build farm With The largest scale (6x6) And build at least 1/2 comercial bulding nearby,Then build Resident and make sure that they have Water and energy supplies
(P/s:don't build too much commercial buildings or else you might have a pollution Problems.Also,Don't build Industrial buildings nerby residental area,You'll have noises problem.Better use dirt Road first so that You no need to pay to much for road monthly fee)
