Yello messages should display tips rather than random sentenses?

2nd post and would be cool if you will change the yellow text message while loading to tips because you know lots of people are downloading the game and most of them has not played simcity or any city buildeing games be4.

Loading isn't that slow
It's quite fast so there is no time reading stuff like that
