In this project, we will make a pack with more services buildings, vehicles, decorations and even disasters, everyone can add what they want, thoses buildings can be :
Police
Firestation
Medics
SWAT

You can also add additional rescues forces ( thoses will recquire their own category ) like :
Coast Guard
Poison control unit
Hazmat unit
Military Police
Secret-Services

This plugin can include research buildings
Some buildings will need the 911 control center to be build
Some specials groups of buildings can be added ( ex : prison ) , ( ex : CDC ), ( modulable hospital / police station / fire station )

it will also spawn coastguard pick-up
actually it is not possible to make thoses intervene
but i will look if i can do same system as harbor ( first i should ask @Lobby if possible )
