Why my city has empty industries and commercial buildings?

My poor class inhabitants Population is going down
On the new update version my poor class inhabitants are going down little by little drastically. I have the game saved at 1,789 poor class inhabitants. An as I play on, my poor class inhabitants building , commercial building and industrial buildings all start to get empty to a "O" poor class.. so somebody Plz explain me what is the problem and how to fix this ?.

I have the same problem, commercial and industry buildings all get greyed out and no new building takes place. If I get the industry to build again, then the residential sector greys out, and no new residential building takes place.

In the image of money view with taxes in the foreground, taken while residential was still building, you can see that I am still getting income from the greyed out industrial and commercial buildings.

Pause.
I start with a 4 by 4 of residential, 4 by 4 of commercial, dirt road surrounding, farm on top here, one water tower, wind turbine this time, build pipe under.

Unpause.

Wait for the monthly income to turn green. Remove some unnecessary road to speed that up. Remove all scarred land from fires as I can't afford fire stations yet.

Work the pipe and dirt road to the water. Build more farm zones, dirt road, another section of residential and commercial. Build the small water pump.



Here the commercial has gone dark. Have built fire, police, and parks. Next will be industrial zone. Next will be a chuch and a school.

Note the doctor between the fire and police stations, the parks, schools and churches.

No sports yet or high schools, as the rich people don't farm much .

I have the same problem.

Demand goes up and down in an extremly way. For example at first all industrial zones get totally grey. After a while they grow again. After a few minutes the same thing happens with all commercial zones.

The crazy thing ist that i also still earn money when the map shows that every industry or every commercial is gone.

Yes.. I agree with u... May it's a bug in the game...

Hm, I'm not sure about that. Maybe it is solved with the current beta (187) in which we fixed a bug with empty buildings in the inhabitant system.

i am testing version 187 since half an hour now. it seems to work better now!
