Blizzard disaster, Snow plows

A new disaster for the winter theme. A blizzard disaster that halts traffic in the city, stops emergency response and collapses bridges. The blizzard would stop income from the town. Also to go along with this you would need a snowplow/road salt center to clear roadways during normal snowfall and to clear the town after the blizzard.

I don’t think it should collapse bridge , however it would slow down every vehicles , prevent planes from taking off and reduce slightly the income .

I do think that it should act like the trash as a road deco that can be cleanes.

It's a rework of a vehicle spawned by recycling center.

A road decoration with snow piles and layer of ice on road. Can be flipped to make graphics for other direction of the road.
