So, with this being my first plugin in almost 6 months and the anniversary plugin of my first plugin I'm honored to present you, the Blue Water Tower
It is not a special plugin realy, just a reskin of the in game (white) water tower, do not be deceived by my words.
It has the usual stats of your common-sight water tower but a price of 799 !!
As always the de facto texture's creators are Lobby&Theo.

It's the perfect shade for theotown! However, the version from City Skylines is bit paler, but we need to keep things original, right?
