One suggestion for management

Hello everyone!

Disasters may strike our cities and destroy them, but we can prevent that before it happens. So what I'm gonna suggest is to have a Disaster Management Center.

Now before you say anything, the DMC functions to predict the disasters' impact and order citizens to evacuate all buildings and go to the nearest Emergency Shelters.

You probably had heard it in Cities: Skylines, so it could be similar to it.

you right! nuclear shelter can be used when nuclear power plant is meltdown or missile silo attack the city but that not support i think?
